"My main objective of signing up personal training with Abvolution is to stay healthy, keep fit and hopefully achieve a leaner body at the same time.

After having trained with ABsolutePT for slightly more than a year, I realized that in order to achieve a desired body is not easy. Not only you have to watch your diet, you also have to exercise regularly. Moreover, I'm the type who will force myself to workout after only feeling the pinch of the fees that I have to pay in engaging a trainer.

I tried to workout on my own previously but the results didn't turned out well. First is the lack of discipline, and furthermore there isn't any form of motivation or assistance that I could get in order to carry heavier weight. Also, with age catching up, it could be just more difficult to achieve the desired results I want to get.

Gerald is a professional trainer and stays focused whenever there is a training session with him. Through tailored workout program and the list of diet meals drawn up, I now see myself achieving some results and I also see a gradual drop in my body fat percentage.

As a result of these regular workout routine, I now do not get tired as easily as before during work, and by staying healthy will also hopefully help me to excel in my job."

*I always wanted to pick up gymming to keep myself fit but never did because I have no knowledge of how to train myself. I have no idea what exercise should I do and how should I perform the various exercises. This is when I decided to approach Gerald for help. Gerald provided me with personal training that is customised to my own personal fitness level. Personal training sessions with him is never easy. He always sets the training goal to be just at the tip of your limit, allowing you to push a little higher become a little stronger after each session. Gerald is also very motivating trainer. During my sessions with him, whenever I feel like giving up, he will never fail to encourage to continue and not give up. Without him there, I am sure I wouldn’t have the determination to continue pushing myself. Gerald is also a very knowledgeable trainer. Before introducing a new exercise, he would explain clearly on how the move should be executed and which muscle group will be targeted. He also taught me how I should eat in order to grow stronger and recover faster. Gerald is also a very innovative trainer who will think of ways to make the session interesting and yet have the same results. Training is never dull and just grinding weights with Gerald. I recommend ABvolution without any reservation.

It struck me at a point of time in my life when I felt that I had to make a change in my lifestyle, for myself.  I was determined to engage a personal trainer to guide and help me in achieving my goals. I’m thankful for Gerald Lim, a kind and authentic man who truly cares about his clients and the community at large, a wonderful trainer who really knows his craft, and an excellent motivator. He is very passionate about his work and it shows! He has the ability to motivate and push me beyond my self- imposed limits. Each day, it seems as though I am achieving another breakthrough and gaining confidence in my abilities. In the past few months of trainings, I have seen changes and results, thanks to his structured programs catered to my needs and goals. Yes, not forgetting the squats – something I used to dread doing but now find myself doing it like a breeze. Within just a couple of months, I know my body is so much stronger and tougher. While my workouts are of course demanding, I do look forward to them, and even more than that I look forward to where I would be in the next 6 months! The first step is always the hardest but when you get there, there is no end to what you truly are capable of.
